On the client request, we can provide following types of guarantees:

Price: For issuing guarantees Bank is charging minimum commission of 30 EUR, or 1.0% - 3% of the guaranteed amount. In special cases, Bank management, may consider changing commission for issuing the guarantee.

Required documentation: When applying for a bank guarantee, it is necessary to submit the following documents:
  • Request for the issuance of guarantees in writing, with all the relevant information about the company, certified by the seal and signed by an authorized person.
  • Copy of published tender.
In addition to the foregoing, the documentation that must be submitted, regardless of the type of guarantees is:
  • Company's registration form (copy)
  • Company's classification of activities form. (copy)
  • Company's certified signature card. (copy)
  • Company's OP form (certified signatures of authorized persons)
  • Company's set of forms for annual accounts (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Statement of Changes in Equity, Balance Sheet - extra form Income statement - a supplementary form, tax return income tax, calculation of depreciation for tax purposes) for the last 3 years, certified by the Commercial Court
Guarantees may be issued in any foreign currencies.

On client's request bank can issue following types of letters of credit:
  • Nostro letter of credit
  • Loro letter of credit
  • Documentary letter of credit
  • Stand by letter of credit

Interest on the deposit, depending on the wishes of the client, can be paid monthly or at the end of the fixed term period.
E-Banking is a financial service of Invest Banka Montenegro, which enables a user or an owner of an transaction account managing the assets any time and from any place in the world. The only disposable tool one should have is a PC and the Internet access. 
 
  By e-banking it is understood provision of following services:
  • Payment of all kinds of transaction accounts, denominated in Euros in area of Montenegro,
  • Payment to the abroad (according to the prescribed documentation),
  • Payment of obligations related to loans,
  • Review of state and turnover of the transaction accounts, review of deposits and loans, 
  • Reporting by phone, fax machine, GSM phone, and e-mail.
In order to use e-banking services of the Invest Banka Montenegro, it is necessary to:
  • Have and opened transaction account with Invest Banka Montenegro,
  • Sign a contract on usage of e-banking services,
  • Undertake an identification code, a card and card reader in Invest Banka Montenegro premises, 
  • Have an internet access from your PC.
A legal entity is obliged to use token with the issued certificate, valid for 2 years. After the expiration of this period, certificate is to be extended. The price of token and certificate issuance for legal entities amounts 10.00EUR, with monthly maintenance fee of 5.50 EUR.

Payment operations in the country – domestic and foreign legal entity

A client must have an open transaction account in order to conduct international transactions.
Documents required for opening of transaction account for residents include:

  • Registration of the legal entity
  • Proof from the statistical registry
  • Tax registration proof, tax evidence number (PIB)
  • Certified signatures of authorized persons (OP form)
  • Request for account opening
  • Signature card
  • Framework agreement on payment services

Request for opening transaction account for domestic and foreign legal entities
KYC for non resident
Non-resident must additionally provide filled KYC form, in which all required documents for account opening are listed.
If a client already had a transaction account to conduct national transactions opened with Invest Bank Montenegro, the client doesn't need to provide documentation additionally.
